Lorsque vous envoyez une demande de partenariat ou d'échantillons, nous conservons les renseignements fournis pour l'étudier et vous répondre. Les bases sont les démarches précontractuelles demandées et notre intérêt légitime à gérer les demandes professionnelles. Ces formulaires ne vous inscrivent pas à une liste marketing.

Avec votre accord, nous enregistrons les clics vers les marketplaces avec le marché, le produit, la destination, la langue, le pays approximatif indiqué par l'hébergeur et le fuseau horaire du navigateur. Vous pouvez refuser ou retirer ce choix dans les paramètres de confidentialité. Nous ne conservons pas volontairement votre nom, e-mail ou adresse IP complète dans cette table.

Enquiries are accessible to the CHEWCHUM team at eu@yuvicorn.com and yuvicornglobal@gmail.com. Site hosting and database services are provided through Cloudflare; once email notifications are enabled, Resend will process notification delivery. We do not sell enquiry data. Purchases made after you follow a marketplace link are governed by that marketplace's own privacy terms.

Durée de conservation

We keep enquiry records while the request or potential partnership remains active and review them for deletion when no longer needed, subject to any applicable legal recordkeeping duty. Optional click-event records are retained for market analysis and reviewed for deletion when no longer useful. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal exceptions.

Vos droits

You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time using Privacy settings on the website. Contact eu@yuvicorn.com; we will assess and respond to your request under applicable law.

Cookies et stockage local

The site uses local browser storage to remember your analytics choice (key: chewchum_analytics_choice_v1). The site does not set an optional analytics cookie. Marketplace click tracking runs only after an affirmative choice. Browser and hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical storage for delivery and security. You can change your choice through Privacy settings or clear site storage in your browser.

Our hosting and notification providers may process information outside the EEA. We assess applicable transfer arrangements with providers and can provide further information by email. Please contact us for details of the current processing locations and safeguards.
