What we process and why

When you send a retailer or creator enquiry, we store the details you enter to assess and answer your request and discuss a possible partnership. The basis is steps requested before a possible commercial agreement and our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. We do not add you to a marketing list through these forms.

With your permission, we record a marketplace outbound click with the selected market, product, destination, page language, approximate country reported by our host and your browser time zone. We use this to understand product interest by market. We do not deliberately store your name, email address or full IP address in this event table. You can reject or withdraw analytics permission at any time through Privacy settings.

Who receives data

Enquiries are accessible to the CHEWCHUM team at eu@yuvicorn.com and yuvicornglobal@gmail.com. Site hosting and database services are provided through Cloudflare; once email notifications are enabled, Resend will process notification delivery. We do not sell enquiry data. Purchases made after you follow a marketplace link are governed by that marketplace's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while the request or potential partnership remains active and review them for deletion when no longer needed, subject to any applicable legal recordkeeping duty. Optional click-event records are retained for market analysis and reviewed for deletion when no longer useful. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal exceptions.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time using Privacy settings on the website. Contact eu@yuvicorn.com; we will assess and respond to your request under applicable law.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses local browser storage to remember your analytics choice (key: chewchum_analytics_choice_v1). The site does not set an optional analytics cookie. Marketplace click tracking runs only after an affirmative choice. Browser and hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical storage for delivery and security. You can change your choice through Privacy settings or clear site storage in your browser.

International processing

Our hosting and notification providers may process information outside the EEA. We assess applicable transfer arrangements with providers and can provide further information by email. Please contact us for details of the current processing locations and safeguards.
